Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

Some experiences stay stuck in our bodies and minds long after they’ve passed. EMDR is an evidence-based approach that helps you process painful memories so they lose their grip on your present life. Through guided eye movements or other forms of rhythmic stimulation, your brain gets the chance to fully digest what happened and move forward with less pain.

The way we think shapes the way we feel and the way we feel shapes what we do. CBT helps you notice the thought patterns that may be working against you and gently challenge them. Together, we look at the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so you can start responding to life in ways that feel more aligned with who you want to be.

DBT is built for the moments when emotions feel overwhelming and life feels hard to manage. It offers real, practical tools around mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and relationships. The core idea is that you can accept yourself exactly as you are and still work toward meaningful change. Both things can be true at once.

Person Centered Therapy

Mindfulness

Solution-Focused Therapy

You are the expert on your own life. In a person-centered approach, the therapeutic relationship itself is the foundation of healing. This means you get a space that’s genuinely nonjudgmental, warm, and led by you. I trust that within the right environment, you have the capacity to grow, heal, and figure out what’s right for you. My job is simply to walk alongside you in that process.

Mindfulness invites you to slow down and notice what’s happening in the present moment without judgment. Rather than being pulled into worry about the future or regret about the past, you learn to simply observe your thoughts and feelings as they come and go. Over time, this practice builds a different relationship with your inner world, one rooted in awareness and self-compassion rather than reaction.

Solution-focused therapy turns the lens toward what’s already working. We explore your strengths, your past wins, and the vision you have for your life and then we build from there. This approach is practical and forward-moving, and it’s grounded in the belief that you already have more resources within you than you might realize.
